March Updates: Bringing More Structure to Agency Workflows

Discover the latest Netwalk updates: application forms, mother agency commission tracking, and smarter event management designed for modern model agencies.

Applications, fully connected to your workflow

We’ve introduced a new Application Form designed to integrate directly into your agency’s ecosystem.

Every field in the form is fully aligned with your Netwalk configuration, including your custom properties. This means the data you collect is immediately structured and ready for use.

Submissions are collected in a dedicated scouting area, where you can review and decide how to proceed:

  • keep them in scouting for evaluation
  • or import them into your database with a single click

This creates a much smoother transition from discovery to management, without re-entering or reshaping information.

A clearer view on Mother Agency commissions

Managing Mother Agency commissions often means dealing with scattered information across bookings, placements, and communications.

We’ve introduced a new tool that brings all of this into a single, structured view.

You can now:

  • see all commissions already generated and ready to be invoiced

    commission-1

  • monitor all relevant calendar events (External Jobs and Moves)

    commission-2

  • keep track of active placements within a selected period

    commission-3

In addition, it is now possible to instantly view all active and passive commissions related to a specific model–agency relationship, directly from the model or agency page.

This provides a much clearer understanding of ongoing financial flows and avoids missing or duplicating entries.

More control when managing event locations

We’ve improved how addresses are handled within events.

When adding a location, Netwalk now helps structure the information more precisely, making it easier to manage logistics across complex projects involving multiple days, models, and movements.

Now, when adding an address to an event, you can:

  • Update the existing address of the client
  • Or save it as a new structured address

This keeps your database clean and ensures consistency across bookings, contacts, and history.

It’s a small change on the surface, but it contributes to a much more reliable and readable planning experience.

Looking ahead

We’ll continue moving in this direction:

reducing fragmentation, increasing clarity, and giving agencies full control over their operations without adding complexity.

If you’d like to see how these updates fit into your workflow, we’ll be happy to walk you through them.
