Adding Addresses, Emails, Phones, and Contact Cards to a Model’s Profile

Within the Netwalk platform, each model has a dedicated profile card where all personal and contact information can be centralized. In the Contacts tab of the card, you can manage addresses, emails, phone numbers, and even create additional contact cards when needed. This area is designed to make sure all relevant references to the model are properly stored and easy to retrieve.

Adding an address is straightforward: by clicking on the + Address option, you can enter details such as street, city, ZIP code, country, and an optional label that identifies whether the address is for home, work, or other purposes. Similarly, the + Email function allows you to record email addresses, specifying whether they are work-related, personal, or the primary contact. The + Phone option lets you register phone numbers in international format and classify them as mobile, home, or office, ensuring clarity in communication.

Beyond these individual entries, the system also offers the ability to create entirely new contact cards. By clicking Add a New Contact Card, you can register additional references connected to the model, such as secondary residences, workplaces, or even people associated with the model. Each contact card behaves like a container of its own, with space for addresses, emails, and phone numbers, making it possible to maintain a complete network of relevant information.

To ensure the most accurate communication, you can also set certain contacts as primary. This means marking a specific email, phone, or address as the default, so that anyone accessing the profile knows immediately which reference to prioritize. Once all data is entered, it is important to save the card to confirm changes. The platform provides a confirmation message, ensuring that the updates have been successfully applied.

In short, the Contacts tab of a model’s profile card is not only a place to store basic contact information but also a powerful tool for mapping out all the important connections and references linked to the model. With addresses, emails, phones, and the option to create new contact cards, it becomes easy to maintain a well-structured and reliable contact system.
