NETWALK September 2026 Update: New Features and Workflow Improvements

Written by Giampaolo Riccadonna | Sep 4, 2026, 1:44:49 PM

NETWALK continues to evolve around the real operational needs of model and talent agencies. The September 2026 update introduces new features and improvements across Booking, Packages, Art & Marketing, Accounting, Mobile and Management.

This release is focused on reducing repetitive work, improving visibility and giving every department more control over daily activities. Here is a detailed overview of what is now available.

Booking

Manage talent tags directly in Booking

Tags help agencies classify talents by location, skills, characteristics, availability, commercial positioning and internal requirements. Previously, bookers could use existing tags in Booking, but new tags had to be created separately in Management. The updated interface brings the complete process into the Booking workspace for authorized users.

Users can now:

  • Create new tags while working with a talent.
  • Associate or remove existing tags.
  • Search the complete list of available tags.
  • Manage tags through a quick pop-up.
  • Switch to a dedicated drawer for a larger working area.
  • Assign or remove tags across multiple selected talents.

The drawer is available from both the individual talent page and the talent list. This makes it possible to update an entire selection without opening every profile individually.

The result is a faster and more intuitive classification workflow. Bookers can organize talent information when it becomes relevant, without interrupting their work or moving between different NETWALK sections.

More precise talent selection for notification emails

Projects can include several events, multiple working days and large groups of talents with different statuses. NETWALK now provides a clearer selection interface when preparing notification emails.

Instead of selecting every recipient manually, bookers can use mass-selection options and immediately understand which talents will receive the communication. The new options make it possible to:

  • Select all displayed talents.
  • Clear the complete selection.
  • Select only active talents.
  • Include or exclude canceled talents.
  • Include previous working dates when required.
  • Select specific events and individual dates.
  • Manually adjust the final list of recipients.

In this context, active talents are those who are confirmed and are neither options nor canceled.

Bookers can therefore send a focused notification for one event or manage a complete, multi-event project from a single view.

New project reports: Project Models List and Project Models Billing

Two new project-level reports help agencies share the right information with clients and accounting teams. Before generating a report, users can:

  • Select which project events to include.
  • Start with talents automatically identified as confirmed.
  • Include talents who are still in option.
  • Include canceled talents when relevant.
  • Modify the talent selection manually.

Project Models List

The Project Models List generates a client-ready PDF containing the selected talents’ pictures, principal measurements, addresses, and telephone numbers. It gives clients a clear overview of the talent they can expect for the project, without requiring the agency to compile the information manually.

Project Models Billing

The Project Models Billing report provides billing information for the selected talents. It can be shared with the Client when it is responsible for invoicing or talent payments.

More complete exports for talents, clients, agencies and suppliers

NETWALK exports now provide three ways to extract data from selected talents, clients, agencies and suppliers.

Full Dataset

The Full Dataset export contains all available information for the selected records. Primary address and contact details are organized in a linear structure, making the CSV easier to analyze and use in other business processes.

Address Book

A single talent, client, agency or supplier can have multiple addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers and associated contacts. The Address Book export provides this complete contact structure separately, ensuring that secondary and additional details are retained without making the main dataset unclear or unreliable.

Selected Data

The existing focused CSV export remains available for workflows that require only a reduced selection of primary information.

Agencies can now choose the most appropriate output for each task: a complete dataset, a detailed contact directory or a lighter export containing essential fields.

Packages

A clearer way to select talent books

A talent may have several books created for different markets, clients, styles, or professional purposes. Selecting the right material is an important part of preparing an effective package.

The redesigned package interface makes it easier to review and compare books. For each talent, users can clearly distinguish between books already included in the package and those still available.

Bookers can:

  • Search for talents using NETWALK’s existing criteria.
  • Review all available books for an individual talent.
  • Add one or more appropriate books.
  • Use Fast Pack or Comp Card options when manual selection is unnecessary.

The new layout makes package creation faster while helping bookers make a more deliberate choice about the material presented to each client.

Add Comp Card to Package

The new Add Comp Card to Package action adds the books designated as the talent’s Comp Card directly to a package.

The action is available from the package editor, talent lists in Models, individual talent cards, and the talent calendar. It appears alongside the existing Fast Pack and manual book-selection options.

Bookers can use a talent’s standard presentation immediately, without opening the complete book library and selecting it manually each time.

Generate a complete package as a ZIP file

Online packages remain an efficient way to present talent selections. The client receives an email, follows the link, and views the package through the dedicated online interface. Some clients, however, prefer downloadable files that can be saved locally or circulated internally.

The package editor can now generate a ZIP file containing the books included in the package, organized by talent. The client can receive the material as a collection of individual PDFs instead of using the online package link.

Agencies can therefore choose the delivery method that best matches the client’s workflow:

  • Share an interactive online package.
  • Deliver all selected books as a downloadable ZIP file.

Art & Marketing

A central workspace for website and editorial content

Art & Marketing is a new NETWALK section dedicated to website structure, editorial publishing and dynamic digital content. It brings together activities that affect agency websites and other connected publishing interfaces.

Website structure

Website division management, previously located in Management, is now part of Art & Marketing. Authorized users can:

  • Create new website divisions.
  • Change the order of divisions in the website menu.
  • Remove divisions that are no longer used.

When the website supports the relevant NETWALK integration, these changes are reflected directly in its division navigation.

News

News items can be used to promote editorials, agency initiatives, talent achievements and other relevant updates. A news item can include cover media, a title and abstract, tags, one or more associated talents, draft or published status and different cover formats.

News items can direct visitors to an article, a talent page, a gallery or an external webpage. For example, an agency can publish an editorial cover on its homepage and connect it directly to the participating talent’s profile.

Articles

Articles provide the complete editorial content behind a news item. They allow agencies to develop a story beyond the initial cover and summary, creating richer content within the connected website experience.

Galleries

Galleries manage dynamic visual elements such as photographs, videos, hero images, backgrounds and other media. Depending on the website implementation, agencies can use them to refresh prominent visual areas without treating the website as a fixed, static publication.

Model Contents

Model Contents add richer information to talent pages. They can combine formatted text, images, PDFs, and other media in an HTML-based structure. Typical uses include biographies, career information, editorial material, and other content associated with an individual talent.

Art & Marketing creates a more connected publishing workflow. Talent information, editorial content, and website presentation can be managed more closely within the agency’s daily operations. The content available on each website depends on its design and the NETWALK integrations implemented for that site.

Accounting

Talent statements with configurable information

Agencies do not always share the same financial details with their talents. Their policies, accounting structures, and communication requirements can vary considerably.

NETWALK now allows users to determine which information appears in a talent statement before it is generated. Available options include:

  • Client payment status.
  • Job Gross.
  • Taxes.
  • Transaction type and title.
  • Project and job details.
  • Transaction descriptions.
  • Talent payment lines.
  • Current available balance.
  • Current total balance.
  • Available balance for the selected period.
  • Total balance for the selected period.
  • Totals at the bottom of the transaction list.

An agency can create a concise statement containing only essential information or provide a more detailed financial overview. This flexibility supports clearer communication while ensuring that the statement reflects the agency’s own administrative policies.

New Work Dates Report

Existing reports provide aggregated views of work generated for a client, completed by a talent or managed by a booker. The new Work Dates Report adds a detailed, day-by-day view of activities within a selected period.

Each work date can display the client, talent, project, category, event type, location and department, together with the related financial structure. Depending on the transaction, this can include fees, client advances, agency fees, agency commissions, talent taxes, job expenses, job refunds, other expenses, mother agency commissions and invoice references.

Totals at the top of the report provide an immediate financial summary of the selected period. The complete table can also be exported to CSV for additional analysis or reconciliation.

The report gives management and accounting teams a detailed breakdown of the work performed, the amounts generated and the invoices connected to individual rows.

Detailed Model Payments Report

The Model Payments Report now provides a tabular breakdown of every payment made to talents. Instead of showing only the final payment amount, the report breaks down the financial components.

These can include:

  • Job fees.
  • Credit note rows.
  • Job refunds.
  • Expenses.
  • Debits.
  • Advance payments.
  • Credits.
  • Job advances.
  • Taxes.

The report can be printed or exported to CSV, allowing accounting teams to analyse not only how much was paid, but also exactly what each payment contained.

Mobile

A complete talent experience on mobile

The mobile talent page has been completely redesigned and now reflects the information and working areas available in the desktop version.

Users can access talent profiles, calendars, books, files, comments, documents, agency relationships and relevant administrative information through a layout designed for smaller screens. This makes mobile access more useful for genuine operational work, not only quick consultation.

Advanced talent search on mobile

Advanced search is now available whenever users need to select talents from a mobile device. It can be used from the main talent area, when creating a package, when adding talents to an existing package, when connecting talents to a project and when adding talents to a job.

The mobile experience supports the same search categories used on desktop, including talent features, personal information and custom properties. Bookers can now build a precise selection while traveling, attending a casting or working away from their desks.

Create and edit talent books on mobile

Users can now create new books and edit existing ones directly from the mobile talent page. The updated books can then be used in packages, extending the complete talent and presentation workflow to mobile devices.

Together, the redesigned profile, advanced search, and book management features make NETWALK Mobile a more complete extension of the agency workspace.

Management

Clearer NETWALK Configuration pages

NETWALK Configuration includes many classifications and settings used throughout the platform. Where a configuration contains several groups of items, the interface now presents them through an indexed structure.

The new layout allows administrators to:

  • Move directly between configuration categories.
  • See how many items belong to each category.
  • Search and sort available items.
  • Create new entries.
  • Edit or remove existing entries.

The result is a clearer overview and faster access to the information that needs to be maintained.

A more connected way to run your agency

The September update improves the flow of information across the entire agency. Bookers can build selections and communicate more efficiently. Accounting teams gain deeper visibility into work dates and payments. Art and Marketing teams can manage connected website content. Administrators can maintain configurations more easily. Mobile users can complete more of their work wherever they are.

Every improvement supports the same objective: keeping agency workflows connected, reducing manual work, and giving teams greater operational control.
